Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before the item has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed once the order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a reduced refund or may not be accepted for return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details, and we will investigate the matter promptly. We will notify you via email once the investigation is complete and provide further instructions if necessary.
